Cowboys: Dan Quinn doesn’t sound like a man with a foot out the door

Although Dan Quinn was linked to many head coaching openings, it is possible that he will not be leaving Dallas.

Dan Quinn, Dallas Cowboys defensive coach, has been mentioned in many of the head coaching openings. It makes sense, as Quinn has done exceptional work with the Cowboys and he’s got head coaching experience.

Is there any chance that he will reject the offers and return to Arlington? Quinn made it more than clear he couldn’t be happier with the team and the fact that they’re back in the postseason.

Will Dan Quinn return to Dallas Cowboys in the next season?

Although it might be hard for the Cowboys and Quinn to keep him, there are many possibilities that Quinn could be a valuable asset to this team if they make a deep postseason run. He’s happy working with Mike McCarthy and he’s making a big-time impact on this young defense.

Quinn is being sought out by teams to be their head coach. Tom Pelissero, an NFL insider, says that the Chicago Bears are the latest to reach out to Quinn to interview him.

Right now, though, Quinn’s focus isn’t on potentially joining a new team. Instead, he wants the Cowboys to be 100 percent prepared for the NFC Wild Card showdown against the San Francisco 49ers at AT&T Stadium. Quinn will then prepare his team for the Divisional Round matchup with the 49ers at AT&T Stadium.

Quinn is very popular this winter and could soon be moving to Texas. You never know what could happen. He could also stay put.
